On April 12, 2022, the city Planning Commission will review the application for Major Subdivision referred to as the "Parkwood Subdivision". This is a proposal to configure 66 dwelling units on 22.6 acres of vacant land located north of Chapel Street and south of Spencer Lane.
There will be public hearing held at this meeting. Anyone wishing to be heard may speak in person:

Further, written or emailed comments will be accepted, made part of the public record, and conveyed to the Planning Commission prior to the meeting if submitted by April 7, 2022.
