Citizen Commendations & Complaints

Community support for the Police Department and its mission is contingent upon citizen confidence in the integrity of the department, its policies, its rules and its members. It is the policy of the City of Canandaigua Police Department to courteously receive and fairly investigate all complaints made against the department and the department's activities, practices and personnel.
